Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - is this a good diet and exersize plan? *breakfast* one slice of toast with no butter, a small glass of milk, water. *lunch* peanut butter and jelly sandwhich or a fruit salad and water *dinner* salad and water with no snacks inbetween and then for my work out *before school* bike 15 mins and do push ups and sit ups for 10 mins *after school* bike - 30 min. walk - 1. hr 15 min. crunches and push ups - 10 min and every 3 days cardio - 60 min. how much weight do you guys think i will lose by may? My goal is 110.

And the only having salad for dinner is kind of extreme, why not try a hamburger with no bun and a salad for dinner. Meat has like 0 carbs in it and tons of protein, with only around 160 cals. in 4 ounces (normal sized burger). Good luck, post with how your diet plan goes!
Reply from andrea, Age 14 - 01/10/06 - IP#: 24.167.17.xxx i think u should include more protein(i have protein powder) like a smoothie with milk, water, splenda, whatever fruit u like and protein powder(thats what i do)so u dont have to have meat so u wont have 2 have the added calories(although protein powder has some calories,but its pure protein!)
