Ht. 5'7, Wt. 165 - ok 2day i had a pretty bad breakfast..i have 2 eat whatever my mom makes it was sausage and gravy and biscuits n e wayz i had 1 biscuit with some gravy and sausage on it ..i burned some of it off in softball and then 4 lunch i had a half of a pb and j with barely n e pb and not that much jelly either and some baked lays-110 cals and some grapes and water. for a snack i had some more baked lays that was 110 cals..and then 4 dinner i didnt do so well either ..i had a shake and bake porkchop and i ate about half of that with corn and i ate a whole cresaunt roll oh and some beef rice and i drank some skim milk like i always do with dinner..and for dessert i had a strawberry protein smoothie with splenda not sugar in it. i got mad at myself for this bad day so i did 100 situps, 100 crunches, 100 backwords situps(lifting legs up in air)40 squat jumps, and 200 jumping jacks..i plan on doing some pushups..i hoped i burned enough! so how did i do 2day?

But working out was very good, and you probably burned some calories.. if you do more cardio instead of crunches and stuff, then you'll burn more calories rather than just toning up. I also found that if I stray away from carbs, or atleast carbs in bread and such that I lose wayyy more weight. Well, GOOD LUCK!!!
