Ht. 5'2-3, Wt. 137 - I'm not technically overweight, but I'd still like to lose weight. I have a busy work schedule that keeps me up until the early hours of the morning. It seems I have a hard time getting exercise in. So I generally just watch what I eat. Anyone have any suggestions for getting some more exercise in without losing sleep?

The job i'm looking into doesn't will cut into my night hours of exercising but I will workout in the mornings on my stationary bike for an hour. It's really hard to see that time and know you HAVE to get up, but push yourself, good luck!
