Ht. 5'6, Wt. Start: 220 Now: 197 - well this morning i went to the gym and did 1 hour on the bike (15-17mph)half an hour running on the tread mill about 15 minutes of weight training and 15 minute on the eliptical. i have been doing pretty much the same thing for the past week. It's thursday and i have lost about 4 lbs since sunday. For breakfast i had a carrot. for lunch i'm planning on having 2 eggs whites on toast. and for dinner vegitable soup and an apple for a snack.

Breakfest is the most important meal and it gives you the fuel you need to get through most the day. Remember not to starve yourself. And, if you're doing all that work at the gym for breakfest you may want something more so your body doesnt get fatigued. Try something like a cup of yogurt and toast or just one or the other. Keep up the great work, whatever your goal may be I'm sure you can reach it.
