Ht. 53, Wt. 143 - hey im a recovering anorexic and i found out the hard way that its better to loose weight by being healthy during treatment and during the few months afterwards ive gained 42 lbs making my current weight 143 i would like to loose about 15 lbs and be at a healthy 128 or around there at least anyone have a favorite "diet" food thats nutritious and delicious? please share. much <3 candi
Reply from anne, Age 19 - 01/13/06 - IP#: 216.66.121.xxx tomatos! slimfast- the cappachinno delight flavor. asparagus! lots of fruits and veggies to clean out the toxins in your system. also- light wheat bread rocks- it's only 70 calories and 4 grahms of fiber for two slices! YOU CAN HAVE A SANDWHICH UNDER 200 CALS! good job for recovering- but don't take the weight loss too far again. good luck!

Reply from Denise, Age 16 - 01/12/06 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx I eat salads like everyday. Fill up a bowl with lettuce and add as much veggies in there...any that u like. I also add some cheese and turkey (coldcuts) for protein. Protein keeps u going through the day. Good luck!
