Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - i don't know about this, but i was wondering... how did u guys choose what to eat everyday, doesn't it get boring? i haven't been doing much, just excersizing 2 hours a day in water polo, but... breakfast:protein shake lunch:half a turkey sandwich and a tangerine or a banana dinner: protein...like...chicken or meat loaf with a vegitable. Am i eating the right thing? how did u guys know what to eat and what not to eat on ur diet? let me know asap!
