Ht. 4'11, Wt. 155 - okay...is this good?: Breakfast:: Special K, water,fruit...Lunch:: half of a turky sandwich on light bread, grapes/chips, iced tea...Dinner::salad with some type of meat...also im not gunna eat after 7:30...Excercies:: 45 minutes of cardeo, 100 push-up, 100 sit-ups, 40 jumping jacks, streaching for 30 minutes, danceing for 30 minutes, practicing cheers, practiceing cheer dance and cheer, jumping drills, and tumbling, also i do various activiities through out the week including, dance for 2 days a week, and cheerleading for 3 days a week.....do you think this is healthy..and how much weight do you think i'll lose by june??

evrything is good except the special K, special k has alot of sugar and is ot whole wheat even though it claims to be healthy, try to pick cerals with at leats 3 grams off fiber and no more than 9 grams of sugar

Hi Kay! You're doing a great job! I would recommend that you eat a little more, since you burned off all those calories from exersizing. I have to eat at least 1200 cals a day because I exersize in the morning for an hour. Good Luck!!!
