Ht. 5"3, Wt. ? - I need some advice. I eat really great and everything, but when I feel really tired I get cold and exhausted and then I crave fat foods. I'm really busy, so I live off coffee and sleep like 3hrs a night sometimes, but lately even when I do get enough sleep, I just get tired. Any ideas on a good snack. Soup makes me tired, but I want something hot.

Oooh, there are many good hot foods!
Rice is super healthy and can be super good...
Chili, oatmeal, and actually, hot chocolate can be quite filling (get the low calorie kind).
Also you can try hot veggies... like sweet potatoes! They are soooo good and really healthy!
Just be a bit creative and think of some unusual things and I'm sure you'll think of a ton more!
