Ht. 5'6, Wt. 167 - So for the past week, i've been eating reallllly well, and ive been excercising for an hour to an hour 15 minutes every day. For breakfast ive either been having 2 scrambled egg whites or a light and fit dannon strawberry kiwi smoothie(theyre really good!). for lunch i have a sandwich, 9 wholegrain cinnamon sugar rice crisps and 6 carrots. and i drink ALOT of water then dinner i eat what i normally do but on a small plate so i have nore portion control. Let me tell you guys... last week i weighed 172 lbs,a nd the scale has been going down since, and i get excited to get on the scale in the morning, bcuz seeing the numbers go down is the best feeling ever!!!!! thanks everyone for all your success stories and everything, it's really helped me out a lot!
