Ht. 5ft9, Wt. 204 Goal 150/160 - i was reasonalby OK 2day
breakfast i had toast (wholemeal) with peanut butter
and i drank a grapefruit juice
lunch I had a jacket potato with cheese
and for dinner i had steak and salad OK steak bad news but who cares normally i would binge like hell!
OK I HAD SOME PRALINE CHOCKS TOO....ok 6 but still

Wow, April, how did you get that she was bulimic from what she said? I know you were bulimic, but that really doesn't mean everyone else is, too.

baby, moderation is key to preventing binging. I know what its like -- you try and reduce your calories so you can lose weight before you binge again and doing that jsut makes you so hungry you binge...vicious cycle. Are you bulimic?
