Ht. 5'8", Wt. 165 - Hey, I'm just wondering how you all resist eating food when you see it and are really craving it. Also, I eat a lot of the time cause I just like the taste of it and I'm not truly hungry, so how do you make a judgement as to when you should and shouldn't eat something? I think knowing this will help me a lot!!! Thanks!!!

Normally I take a drink of water and think of how hard I've worked to get to the point I am at and usually the craving for something bad goes away instantaniously.

what i do when i'm craing somehting that is unhealthy i eat it but eat it slowly so i really enjoy it like i think about every bite i eat and then when ur done with it ur satisfied so u dont want more. here's another good trick when evr ur craving sweets eat a little bit of protein it stops ur cravings. Or jst dont eat the thing u'll have less of a craving if u eat nothing inste of one little bite
