Ht. 5'2", Wt. mmhmm - So i gained three pounds this week. I don't know how i can gain that much- i really feel like I have been eating healthily. Should I cut down on portion size or should I just replace some of the snacky foods (tortallis, crackers, pita chips...) with like fruits or vegis? I really can't stand vegis...any suggestions on exotic or good ones i should try to include in my diet?

Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 01/21/06 - IP#: 71.112.36.xxx dont worry sometimes that happens to me like all of a sudden the scale says i'm like 4 lbs higher than i really am than if i drink a lot of water i'm perfect the next day or even within an hour , plus remember water can make a big diffrence in ur weight try to drink more water cause u might have eaten a saltyfood that did this
