Ht. 5'6, Wt. was; 160 now;141 - i have lost lot of weight. i think?. my goal is to get some nice abs for the summer. i've been started to lose weight about 6 months ago. it's a pretty long time but it's woth it. the weight calculator thing from the web says that with a pound less i'll be in a healthy range. healthy is good. abs are better. my family says i look fine. and that i should stop worrying about weight loss. should i go down 10 more pound?????????????. you need a body fat % of 10 or less to get abs. i supposed to be a size 29 to be in that range and also get down to 123 punds. should i do it or should i stop. hhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllp pppllllllleeeaaassssseeee

you can be any size and have abs - a girl at my school is a size 18 (UK sizes) and she has a perfectly toned stomach that i envy her for and shes probly about 3 stone heavy than me! i just done get it how that works?!!?!

10% body fat is way to low this is the healthy normal range for women and teens 18%-25%
