Ht. 5'3, Wt. 128 - this was my day BREAKFAST= 1 1/2 of kashi with 1/2 cup of skim milk MID MORN SNACK= fruit leather LUNCH= kahi bar, nonfat yogurt, fruitleather AFTERNOON SNACK =apple DINNER= turkey loaf, baked patato , and green beans. so how did i do i'll probalby have some frozen strawberries later on
