Ht. 5'6, Wt. 164.5 - heres what i ate today:
breakfast- 1 scrambled egg with cheese and lemonade
snack-1 pear
snack-1 apple with peanut butter
1 gingerale
dinner-a green pepper with ground sirloin and cheese and rise in it
2 small pieces of white bread with olive oil
and water water water
i kno i shouldve had light lemonade, diet gingerale, and no bread, and not as much peanut butter as i did but i think im doing a lot better than i was...right now im getting into the mode of things

Thats good! If you change your diet slowly then it will be easier in the long run. Next time try and cut out the gingerale, then mabye a few times after that...the lemonade. You did good!
