Ht. 5'5", Wt. not sure - Breakfast: blueberry waffle & strawberries; Lunch: salad and 100 calorie pack; Snack: 2 slices of watermelon; Dinner: TV dinner (3 chicken nuggets, mac n' cheese, corn, & chocolate pudding with sprinkles) & a cup of milk. Excercise: badmitten in P.E., 10 minute walk, and I'm going to go do a thigh workout now. Please give feedback. Thanks.

Yeah... I believe you did really well except, although the tv. dinner was 400 cals., I think that you should try Lean Cuisines. ( They really are good! ) Overall you did very well in my point of veiw!

okay well 1 waffle is only 80 cals, and strawberries are good, and watermelon is good, and the tv dinner was 400 cals for the whole thing which isn't that bad. so w/e.

the only thing good was the lunch, try getting some cereals with less than 9 grams of sugar and more than 3 grams of fiber, plus try getting fo t.v dinners lean cusine, southbeach, healthy choice or smart ones they really taste good!!
