Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:198 G:145 - Hi all, as of yesterday I have officially lost my first 10 pounds. It took about a month, but of course it was worth it. Now, I'm wondering if it's possible to lose another 25lbs by mid June? I've kinda fallen out of eating healthy, but I'm starting back. Also, since the weather is a little nicer, I'm going to start walking/jogging again, along with trying pilates. I really don't have much time to work out, but I plan on putting in at least 3 days a week. With that and eating healthy(no fried foods, sweets, soda, etc) do you think it's possible to lose those 25 pounds? Thanks.

usually u lose at first then still lose but not quite as much, dont think u've fallen

Absolutly! If your looseing 10 lbs a month then you can probally lose more by June if you wanted. You could probally lose another 10 lbs. But 25 lbs is deffinitly a realistic and safe goal. Congrats on the first 10 lbs!
