hey brittany, im new too! its possible to lose 15 lbs in a month but very difficult and unhealthy. the faster you lose alot of weight, the more likely you are to gain it back. and if you dont reach your goal u'll be really frustersated. just eat healtheir ( not too little or ure body will store fat to keep you alive). my most sucessfull weight loss was eating 5 small meals a day to keep my metabolism constantly going, try not to eat at least 2 hours before bed time, and workout ( i did exercise on an eliptical machine, ab roller ( 100 times)for an hour each day. don't go over an hour, a coach at my gym told me that if you work out over an hour a day it gets to the point where it's not really doing anything for your body but hurting you muscles. and don't workout if you muscles ar killing you, take a day off you need to recover toherwise ure body will be drianed from tryig to repair constsantly torn muscles, not losing fat. i also gained weight in muscle mas but lost 4 pants sizes so the scale cannot always be accurte. best of luck!
