Ht. 5'7, Wt. 227 - do you guys think my diet and exercise plan is ok.
Breakfast- 3egg whites,piece of wheat bread carrots,and fruit
Snack-fruit Lunch- cup of tuna salad, carrots or green beans
and fruit Snack-fruit Dinner- Baked chicken,corn green beans.
I normally do 15min on treadmill and probably 5min of ab exercises,5min walkin up,down steps.and i dance for about 30min.plus I drink water throughout the day. I'm trying to lose about 50 pounds by june 1st. But being below 200lbs pounds is fine too. tell me if ya'll think its possible?

i do i eat chips sometimes and popcorn to I forgot to add that. Every now and then I eat something fried cause I know if I don't im going to quit dieting
