Ht. 5'4, Wt. 144 - so right now i have a pretty sucky diet. for breakfast..well i normally don't even eat breakfast because i wake up too late, lunch is always choc. milk, tator tots, orange juice and pizza, and dinner is whatever my mom cooks. i replaced pop with a sports drink like gatorade. and my working out..well isn't really good. so any help?

replace gatorade with crystal light, always eat breakfast (make something the night before -- i sometimes just throw it in my car and GASP eat while im driving 9i dont condone that!)) Breakfast is soo important because it starts your metablosim going in the morning

sports drinks can be just as bad as soda. It has the same ammount of calories. Try brining a lunch and not eating what the school gives. It seems like there choices arnt very healthy.

i find that eating around 5 mini meals a day instead of 2 or 3 larger meals a day helps my metabolism constantly going. im also not as hungry throughout the day, knowing that my next meal is only a little while away instead of waiting from after lunch until dinner time. this also reduces the need for a more strenous work out (usually).
