Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201 - I am so excited cause I got my prom dress today, it's a size 14, and it fits perfecto!!! I was wanting to lose a bunch of more weight, but I am going to have to take my dress in a bit anyways, so I really shouldn't lose much more. I think my arms are a little big, so I really want to get them toned, and when I sit down, it's a tiny bit tight in the stomach, so I can lose weight there to. I know you can't spot reduce, but what are some ways I can tone up my arms and stomach without losing a bunch of weight??????

I think you should keep doing what you were doing before because you will lose it no matter what. Situps are good for toning your stomach. You can tone your arms by lifting light weights
