Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Tell me what you think...i eat no breakfast, i had 1 poppy seed bagel with cream cheese and a full nike water bottle(w/ water in it lol) Drank it all had 1 raymend's package with a glass full of water and one big apple. Then i walk on the tredmill for 25 min(today usually i do 20 min) going 4.2 mph burning almost 300 cals. Then i do 170 crunches and 30 pushups...is this good? Plus i havge pe and i walk a lot and carry 3 huge textbooks plus more around my school. Let me know please so i know if i'm doing this wrong...i need tons of posts Please!! Thanks i love u guys! <33
Reply from Claire, Age 17 - 02/18/06 - IP#: 69.86.130.xxx You really have to eat breakfast, it starts off your day. It's like will a car work without gas? You're the car and breakfast is the gas...you need your energy for the day. It's unhealthy to not eat breakfast.
Reply from laura, Age 18 - 02/17/06 - IP#: 69.47.203.xxx you should really eat breakfast its the most important meal of the day and it jumpstarts ure metabolism for the day. eating a light breakfast can help u from pigging out later. creamcheese is usually high in fat. maybe getting a breakfast shake and eating a piece of fruit. i like slimfast for breakfast (chocolate shake in a can and chilled) because it fills me up and i dont get that hungry until lunch time. even at lunch i dont feel starved to stuff myself. if for some reason i do get hungry i eat a piece of fruit in between class during school. when i was in high school i found the slimfast method excellent because for many years i didnt eat breakfast becuase i didnt have the time. i noticed that i dropped the weight faster when i did include the slimfast breakfast in my diet. if i couldnt afford canned slimfast i would get the powder and blend it with some milk and ice and make a healthy shake. trying to inspire u to eat breakfast makes me want to eat breakfast again, lol i admit ive been slacking.... good luck

Not eating breakfast will slow down your meatbolism and make you gain more weight later on!!! And what about dinner?Is that all you had to eat for the whole day?....sounds like a starvation diet. Your workout seems great but you should really find out a little more about nutrition.By the way,awesome job with drinking all that water!
