Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Hey, Laura (the 18 year old) I've been noticing in your posts that you do an hour of exercise every other day... I just walk 20 mins. on the tredmill and 170 crunches and 30 pushups. I Really want to lose weight but my goal is to be at 150 before september when i start highschool. I mean there's gonna be enough pressure with all my classes cause i'm taking all honors...i really don't want to worry about my weight anymore. Anyone is open to respond to this. :---) I just want to know if this is enough to atleast reach my goal. I eat healthy...but yesterday i had 1 whole small bag of m&m's and the cheese off a pizza, but before that i had a bagel with water, raymends soup, and a bowl of raisin bran... I'm gonna start eating breakfast and wake up early each day. So let me know what u think.

yea ure plan sounds good, i think 30 lbs by september is very reasonable and u should be able to do it. dont feel too bad about pigging out, were're human and its not like u do it every week. remember not to deny ureself junk food every once in a while, maybe a smaller portion once a week i u want to be really strick, or just eat a little snack everyday that is healthier, like carb well weight watchers ice cream or frozen yougert, non butter popcorn, u get the idea. well i think if u stiuck to ure plan u will definitly lose weight by september. once u hit that goal weight u can probably loosen up on ure routine but try to have some doet of new routine to u dont gain it back, like maybe still do 20 mins on the tread mill every day.
