Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - in school for gym we do this interval workout thing, and we get a partner and one goes at a time, the first round we run for 30 seconds and then our partner runs for the same, then we do 40 seconds then 50 seconds and 60 seconds, and then we play volleyball or European Hand-ball or what ever unit sport we are on. is this a good workout? i have gym 2nd period which is at 9:32, so i think i burn off my breakfast in that time, and i dont eat until lunch which i have 6th period at 12:24pm and then i come home, and during the day i am walking all around the school, going up and down stairs and stuff, but i still dont understand why i am not losing weight, because sometimes i dont get up on time so i take a banana to the bus stop and eat that for breakfast and for lunch i have a 100 calorie pack, a water bottle, and a light yogurt. plus i exercise before i go to bed. i guess it just takes a LONG time, but i want to become 130 pounds by the summer, and i hope i can do it by then.

oh yea i forgot dinner in there...yea i eat what ever my mom cooks lol

Yeah, both Kyle and Andrea are right! You should have a bigger breakfast and lunch. Plus, where is dinner? You have a good workout though!

i agree with kyle...i usually have exactly what u have but i also have fruit and a sugar free jello

hey, it actually sounds as though u are not CONSUMING enough calories to actually lose weight! if we dont get enough calories that our body needs 2 actually burn calories (yes it takes calories to burn calories) then u will just stay at the same weight! try eating more especially at lunch its an important meal and i dont think a 100 cal pack is enough x

sounds like an excellent work out just as long as ur not like sprinting or running supper hard. good luck.
