For lunch i had a ham sandwich on wheat and half an apple. I cant go outside and run cause it is FREEZING here, and i dont have membership to a gym, no workout videos or anything like a treadmill so what would you suggest doing =/ any critisicm on the food i ate would be awesome. thanks :]

hey girl. ok so thats ok if you don't have anything. just improvise its really easy like you could do crunchs, pushups, lungs, and all thatfun stuff hehe, but if you want like a cardio thing then if you have any stairs in your house do step-ups for a while and if you don't then you could use a stool maybe, but anyways good luck adn don't be discouraged or anything if you have a lack of stuff cause you can always find a way to do something

Good food choices! If you need some excersize tips, try jogging in place, push-ups, lunges, squats, and sit-ups. Next time you go to the store ask if you can get some dumbells. (they are really in-expensive, and there are many good workouts with them) Then go on-line and find some good workouts. Hope this helps!

Um, go to a thrift store and get work out videos if you are poor. I saw one at a thrift store today for $1.49. There ya go.
