Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - I need EXERCISE HELP!! -Ok, I havent exercised in I don't know how long. I am quite big and need to take things gradually- But Im limited on time, so I want to know how should I go about exercising, like a regime. Here is the exercises I want to do, Run up in down the steps in my house. Or start jogging and possibly running for exercise. What I need help on is, to start me out how many times should I run up and down my steps a day? Like do it 10 x a day for one week then 20 x a day the next week, and so forth. and how many times should I jog back in forth in my back yard..... Any helpers out there?

just try walkin out side, than do start joggi some and walkin some till u get to a full jog. it makes a big diffrence

hey girl, so i think you should just do it as much as you can on the first day and see how much that is, then do that many the first week then next week move it up a little but don't push yourself over what you can do. good luck
