Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - hey, um i think i know what i want to do for like eating for awhile but i need to know if it is healthy... i did it yesterday and i was fine but i dont want to like mess up my body more then it is but anywyas... breakfast: 16 oz of superfood(its a odwalla smoothie with grasses,fruit, and vegies) lunch: 16 oz superfood and peanuts dinner: smart ones heat up meal. so is that ok?

To charlotte, You can eat as many fruits a day that you want. Its only RECOMMENDED that you have at least 4-5 fruits a day.

ur gonna get bored!!!!! try somethin new each day and for ur lunch i would reccomend having a more full lunch like a whole wheat turkey sandiwch and an apple, because ur gonna get kinda of hungry plus ur not supposed have more than 4 fruit servings a day and each of those shakes has like 3 servings. try getting more protein it keeps u full longer. and treat ur self once in awhile
