Ht. 5, Wt. none - ok so I gained back most of the weight I lost and now I want to get back on track. I want to loose four pounds in two weeks. its so hard to exercise in winter...any good workout plans? plus I just can't seem to beat my chocolate cravings. Everyone keeps saying just eat in moderation- but if i eat some I keep coming back for more. Any way to beat the cravings?

Reply from Courtney, Age 14 - 02/24/06 - IP#: 64.12.117.xxx I know it is really hard, trust me I hate chocolate cravings! The best thing to do is try to ignore your cravings..if you get a craving try to do something to keep your mind and hands occupies take up knitting or start writting, anything that will help you to forget the craving. As for excersizing that one is hard, espeacially in the winter! I live in New Hampshire and it is impossible to go out side and exsersize this time of year, so i dance a lot. GOOD LUCK!!! *LOVE* Courtney
