Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:145 - ok..everyone on here asks me everytime i post how i lost weight..its simple..i eat fewer calories than i used 2 (like 1000)..and i really dont work out except for softball practice (which takes up alot of my time everyday..athletics 4 an hour rite b4 lunch..and then practice 4 2 hours after skool and i dont get home till 6)..simple..u just have 2 really want it and not binge..and if u do make it be the only one time a month if u happen 2 (dont do it at all if u have the will power) and 4get about it..drink lots of water and i drink iced tea 2 which is like mostly water and diet sodas like once a day..so simple..k i hope i helped :)

diet sodas are BAD for you, worse than regular sodas. regular sodas have lots of calories, but diet sodas have bad chemicals that have been proven to link to cancer. so there you go.
