Ht. 5ft7, Wt. 11 stone - today has been the first official day of my diet, yesterday i did really well all day and then my boyfriend came home from work and decided to whisk me off for a romantic chinese meal! so i decided to start today, i ate a healthy cereal with semi skimmed milk for breakfast, 3 ryvita crispbreads(they are healthy - 37 cals each) and a muller rice yoghurt, which is low fat. then i got home from school (walked to and from school today!) ate scrambled eggs on toast today, with low cal spread. in evening i had 2 more ryvita crispbreads, 3 glasses of fruit juice and then another muller rice yoghurt. i also took my dog for a long walk with my dad. so. . . how do you think i did, and have any of you got any tips for me?? xxx  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Congrats on a job well done!! You seem to be doing great...except just watch the fruit juice! Sometimes it might seem healthy because of the word fruit, but instead it can be full of sugars and calories. Try drinking water!

oh lol sorry I'm bad at math I re-did the math problem and it was 154 that's healthy too, I think. Maybe not.

You aren't overweight, 128 and 5'7" is healthy you should have checked first SMART ONE!
