Ht. 5'7", Wt. 240ish - Hey guys. I have started a new diet of no fried foods, no sodas or candies, and i've been eating low fat stuff and fruits ( mostly apples) and drinking a ton of water. I wanted to start walking on my tredmil and work up to jogging and so on, but I also wanted to try Winsor Pilates. It looks like it really works. Winsor pilates are great for toneing your body. They are amazing for your stomach too! but make sure you have some cardio, like running in there.

dont cut anything out of your diet you dont want to. you know you can eat low fat foods and still gain weight? it only matters how many calories you ingest in a day compared to how many you expend -- burn more than you consume and you'll lose weight -- its physically impossible not to!
