Ht. 5'6, Wt. 175 - This is the diet I am currently doing.. Please tell me if it sounds good and what not... And how much results I can see in a month.. Okay, so I am having slimfast for 2 of my meals everyday, and the other meal is a salad/wrap or tuna, veggies that kinda thing.. But I have cut out all bread, potatoes, pasta,rice,junk food,fast food, etc... Um for snacks I have fruit or special K... Thats about it, and I cut out pop and juice, so just water and occassionally a diet pop.. The only meat I am eating is tuna, chicken and turkey.. And I do about 20 mins on the exercise ball daily and go on the treadmill for an hour 3-5 times a week.. So what do you think?? plz respond! thanks!

I think it sounds good, just don't starve yourself! lol I also think you should cut out the diet pop though.
