Ht. 5'6, Wt. 170 - Hey people...I am overweight and I need to lose weight in one month and a few days..because my school is going on a feild trip to a water park and I wanna look good in my swimming suit...he likes me too but I want to look good...can anyone tell me how to lose weight in one month?...I dont want any diet pills or slim fast or anything like that...I already dont eat as much and im running a half a mile a day...is that enough exercise?..I usually drink a herbalife sake (Diet shake) for breakfast then I usually have some cambals select soup for lunch then for supper I eat ..well I have lots of diffrent things for supper but then after that thats all I eat..please post some losing weight tips please help!!

Hey Tay you are in the same situation as me, I am 179 lbs and 13 and this summer I am going to a camp that a lot of cute guys from school will be going to. Well I'm just starting off myself but I've seen a big difference really by just cutting out junk gradually, drinking lower fat milk and lots of water, and then doing yoga about 3 times a week. it's actually proven to make women less vaulnerable to eating disorders and it's a fab way to relax and stretch. then maybe do a half-hour exercise tape twice a week. oh don't get brain overloaded! really attitude is all that matters! and i'd suggest you get ur fre weight cahrt right here in the e-care area. if you just try to loose 2lbs a week, in a month you know u would've lost about 10 lbs! good luck.
