Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G: 125-130 - okayyy this is what i had to eat today, for breakfast i had a bowl of Rice Krispies with 1% milk, for lunch i had a 100 calorie pack, a yogurt and a water, and for dinner i had 2 small unbreaded chicken cutlets, corn, peas, and stuffing, and thats all i had to eat today, oh and 4 Oreo cookies, and 3 more water bottles and our course exercise but not a lot today, should i cut back on my food intake?

You did great today! I wouldn't worry about the oreos all too much, it's okay to have a treat every once in awhile. I don't think you need to add anything to your lunch, but if you are still hungry after lunch then you should eat more!

You need to eat more at lunch but other than that, it was perfect.

sounds good, but maybe you sould substitute carrots or celery for the oreos :) keep it up

Actually that's perfect....except luch you should eat more...maybe bring fruit.
