Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 322 - I think some of the problem with some people, not all, but some, on here is that we keep saying ok today Im going to start my diet. Today im going to exercise. Then put it off until tomarrow. We all need to get a buddy, and do it. We can do it people.
About how many calories should you eat a day to start losing weight? Does anyone know any websites like a livejournal type thing where we can write our progress?

i eat 800-1100 a day and ive lost 25 lbs

If you want to lose weight try to eat around 1200 calories a day and no more then 1500 calories if you go over. Calories is not the only thing that matters though, you have to eat things low in trans fats and fats all together. Example a smaller chocolate bar may have 120 calories or so, a garnola bar has the same calories too, but the garnola bar has way less trans fats and sugars so you have to watch that also.

hey yeah, i use LJ to track everything and no one knows it is me but i like haveing it
