Ht. 5'7, Wt. 203 - How much water shoudl you drink a day? Also, im homeschooled and usually at home all day by myself and i usually just get bored and sleep, but being by yourself also means that when i eat food i usually eat Cereal. I know its not a balanced diet but its all i usually have. I heard full cardio isnt that great for burning that much fat, is this just a lie or do you have to like do some muscle building stuff? I usually bike for 30 minutes but am looking to do something different everyonce in a while

cardio IS what burns fat. arnold shwanzenagger(sp) would run everytime after he did a set of lifted wieghts because lifting wieghts builds muscle and runs burns fat, so if you lift wieght then run, then lift weights then run, (like run every time after you do a set of reps for lifting wieghts) it works faster

64 oz or 4 water bottles but that is really hard so you should try at least like 2 bottles a day
