Ht. 5"7, Wt. 218 - hi my name is alejandra and i think that i am REALLY fat....i'm not satisfied with the way i look and i really wanna lose 100 lbs. and i know that this WON'T be easy but i am REALLY trying...i suck at running in gym class and even though me and my mom goes to the gym it's still so hard for me in PE....i find that very weird cuz it's like as soon as i go to PE it's like my energy level is like LOW but then when i go the gym i am wide open..so to speak....well thats not really my problem...but i do good with exercise i just need help with the kinda foods i need to eat cuz we don't have healthy foods at my skool at all....i mean we have fries EVERYDAY....so does anyone have a good diet plan that they go by?? gracias

Reply from Lizzy, Age 14 - 03/13/06 - IP#: 70.230.151.xxx bring your luch to school and stay away from all the bad foods (fries, soda, pizza, anything) and drink water instead. it could make all the difference. also, try running or brisk walking after school before you do your homework. start out slowly but increase your speed and you find it easier. also, moving around before homework will get your blood moving and you'll be able to think better.

Reply from Sarah, Age 19 - 03/13/06 - IP#: 12.203.133.xxx well i know what u mean by extremely fatty foods at school....my high school was the same way. so if u want to eat right while at school...take ur own lunch. i know thats soooo uncool, but its better to be uncool and eat right, than to be cool a get even bigger. i also know what u mean be ur engery level being seriously low in gym class but not at public gym. that happened to me also. i know it dont make scense, but i came to the conclusion of y that happens is because in ur mind u dont want to excersize in front of ur peers, because u r afraid they will make fun of u in some way; but in the gym ur somewhere where u prolly dont know many people and r there for the same reason u r so they have absolutely no reason to make fun of u. did i hit the nail on the head? LOL. also on eatting right...if u dont want to take ur own lunch then eat what they have at the school just smaller portions. if the portions r already made up for u on a tray then with each thing divide it in half....one half u eat the other half u of course throw away. but if u serve urself only serve urself half of what u normally do. i do hope i have helped u out alot. good luck.
