Ht. 5"8, Wt. ???? - Does this sound good? I eat around 1300 cals a day and i do 10,000 steps on my pedometer, and some days i do an exercise dvd for around half an hour. i Want to loose around 14lbs before may (prom) does my diet sound good and is my weightloss possible and could i loose more.? how?

Reply from sarah-louise, Age 14 - 03/15/06 - IP#: 81.77.132.xxx okay well it doesnt really matter how many cals, it matters what foods ure getting the calories from. i suggest breakfast: cereal and semi skimmed milk and a piece of fruit. lunch a piece of fruit and a sandwhich( whatever filling!) tea, something healthy like jacket potato, pasta etc etc. no fizzy drinks, not to much fruit juice ( v. sugary!) drink lots of water. i lost 6 pounds in 3 days by doing this lol xx
