Ht. 5ft10, Wt. 189 - i was working out yesterday doing cycling rowing amd weights(in the gym) and i remeberd to stretch out, but today My stomach muscles and sholders and back are all really aching Ilifted well within my limit and did lot's of reps but i'm aching all over! why is this?

Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 03/18/06 - IP#: 70.172.206.xxx well, your going to be sore if its the first time you've worked those muscles in a while. weight lifting makes you sore the next day if your muscles havent been used that much before, so if thats the case, then your fine and you'll feel better tomorrow. however if youve been working out those muscles for weeks and your still sore (and you havent moved up in weight) Then you might want to make sure your doing everything correctly
