Ht. 5'7, Wt. 208 - I wanna know if I was to continue just drinking water only, no soda or juice. Eating smaller portions of food still eating fast food but not alot,no chips and not alot of junk and exercise every other day for 20-25 min could I lose 38 pounds by june 16th.

this is the same thing i wanna know, but i would be exercising everyday cause if i could lose 38-40 pounds by june i would be 225, a dream come true and if I lost another 30-35 over the summer break i would be like 10 pounds from my goal, i wanna do slimfast but idk would that hurt my system or not, i still wanna lose 40 pounds by the middle of june. i hope i can get there but if not then i will at least have lost 30...i wish u luck :)
