Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 139 - I don't know if this has been posted yet but... I weighed myself before I worked out and then after I worked out (I know weight doesn't come off that fast...I was just bored, I guess). After I worked out I was 3 pounds more than I was before I worked out. I've noticed that lately and I wondered if it was normal. My weight goes back to normal if I sit for a while but when I work out it goes up. It's no big deal and it doesn't really matter but I wondered if anyone else noticed that.

Weight fluctuates like crazy! DO NOT weigh yourself every day. Sometimes you can be 140 and the next day you can be 145. In order to really tell if you have lost weight, just weigh yourself once a week.

thats completely normal. it just means you gain muscle. which is a good thing, considering you need muscle to burn fat. & muscle weights more then fat. ♥

Don't worry, it's completely normal!! Weigh yourself only once a week, on the same day and in the morning is when it's the best time to weigh yourself!
