Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - How is low-fat-yogurt(100 cal.) with a little fruit (strawberrys[3]+grapes[10?]) for breakfast? Im going to go workout for an hour at the gym (plan on doing it every day). Then after a side salad from mcdonalds with no ranch or croutons. And for dinner..Lean turkey on wheat, with celery?

just a little tip- low fat yogurt isn't very good for your- i eat "light" yogurt every morning for breakfast and it is a really good fat burner- it increased my weight loss- the light yogurt also has much less calories and fat and carbs than low fat and regular yogurts.

McDonalds side salads aren't high in fat.. they are just lettuce, a few chopped up carrots, and cucumber. Don't feel bad about having a few croutons on your salad either! If you have the serving size, there is usually only 40-50 calories! And any low calorie dressing is fine, McD's does have a low fat/low cal. basalmic vinegar dressing but it isn't all that great. Dressing should be okay as long as you don't use too much! good luck!!!
