Ht. 5'4, Wt. 158 - Hi guys, I'm trying to lose weight but I don't know what to do. I've been trying since January 1st, but I gained 12 pounds. I know that ur supposed to gain muscle, but I didn't. Anybody have any tips? I'm tryin out for volleyball and I'm signing up for rec. softball this weekend. Does anybody have any good cardio workouts or good ideas for lunches to bring to school?

For a good lunch try a South Beach Diet lunch pack with water and a piece of fruit. Also try a Starkist tuna pack with water, carrot sticks, and a 100 cal. pack. DO NOT DEPRIVE YOUSELF!! Even though these sound a little large, you'll give up if you eat too little. For cardio try walking/jogging or buy a kick-boxing or dance workout video. Good luck!

hey i am 5'4" also and i weigh one more pound then you. for lunch i bring a 100 calorie pack,a light yogurt, and a water bottle. hope i helped. =]
