Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207 - Wow. This sucks. I have been doing really good this past week, doing at least an hour of intense cardio workout at the gym every day, eating nothing but fruits, veggies, yogurt, water, and lean meat. But today i ate pizza. My dad came home and asked if i wanted it, so i ate about 4 peices. (2 were rly small) But yeah i feel really bad, i dont want to put back on my 3 lbs. So I guess im going to work out twice as hard tomorrow. Do you guys think itll screw up my diet?? Please Reply :)

I would be on a diet, mess up one day and give up. but guess what...you ate all of that pizza because you were still hungry. Overweight teens need to eat about 1500 calories a day. I was eating about 900 and my ex boyfriend's mom yelled at me. She was aneorexic as a teen and knows how to lose weight the healthy way now. Eat what you want just eat a little of it. About 1/2 of what you would normally eat and work out. Your body, especially as teens needs vitamins and minerals and CALCIUM! It takes fat to digest vitamins so if you have cut out fat completely your going to pass out at some time. Don't starve yourself because when you lose weight and start eating normally your body is going to store everything you eat as fat because it is afraid that it will be starved again....REMEMBER THAT. LOSE ALL OF THAT WEIGHT AND THEN GAIN IT BACK!!! THAT WOULD SUCK! So eat right, eat what you want, but only a little of it, and EXERCISE!!! For example: I like to have junk food on Fridays so I buy a candy bar eat about 1/2 of it or less and give the rest to my brother or sister or a friend. GET RID OF IT FAST! Or else you'll eat it. I had started losing weight when I jogged everyday, but I had to stop because I'm in a musical and I get home after dark everyday now. It's easier said than done, but remember that the pizza isn't going to mess up your diet, it will probably in the long run help it! Wow I wrote a lot.
