Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:265 G:170 - Hey everyone, I need opinions. Next month I am gonna start a new level of exercise. Afterschool which is about 3pm as soon as I get home I am going to start walking for a mile or two, whatever equals an hour 1/2. i might buy a pedometer to count my steps. after the walk and i get home i am gonna eat dinner (a very lean piece of skinless chicken breast with a can of veggies with water, or a big salad w/ or without chicken idk yet) after dinner i'm gonna jump rop for 30-45 minutes, the longest i can jump is 30 minutes, i can push for more tho, and after that i'm gonna ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes. I went to toneteen.com and they give an estimation of how many cals burned. should i do more exercise?

Once you lose the weight, if your still not doing this 3 x a day, youll gain some of it back. Maybe you should push everything to one part of the day, it might also make it easier because you wont have to worry about it the rest of the day. Also when you get older you might have a job, and be busy with school, itll be hard to get all that in that way, but hey i think it still sounds great, as long as you keep up with it. good luck!
