Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207.5 - Breakfast-1/2 Mcgriddle, bottle of water. Workout-65 minutes intense cardio, 100 crunches.bottle of water Lunch-very small salad with cucumbers and baby carrots and lemon juice, fruit. bottle of water. Snack(later on) Fruit smoothie with plain yogurt 1/2 banana, and strawberrys. Dinner-lean turkey on wheat bread with mustart and 1/2 pickle. INPUT WOULD BE GREAT! (yeah i know the 1/2 mcgriddle was bad, bad choice :( ) Thanks guys! :)

VERY GOOD. Actually since you only ate half of the mcgriddle thing u prolly did REALLY goood plus you worked out a lot. ummmm...one thing....you over did the snack...if ur gonna have a snack it only needs to equal up to about 100 - 120 calories...you exceeded that to the point u exceeded a candy bar. So either stick with the yogurt, or the smoothie, or the fruit...just not at the same time... one only...over all VERY GOOD...proud of you.

i read ur post before your menu looks pretty good to me, -the mcgriddle +the workout overall is not that bad actually! :)
