Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - Here's what I ate yesterday!!! BREAKFAST: rice crispies; LUNCH: veggie hoagie w/ lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, and mustard and a carton of 1% milk; SNACK: light yoghurt and 4 slices of watermelon; DINNER: a large portion of mashed potatoes with I can't beleive it's not butter, broccoli and cheese, a peice of toast with jam, and a cup of 2% milk. About how many calories do you think I ate???? Is this healthy or not healthy???? FEEDBACK PUHLEAAAAAAASEEEEE! =)

Why does she need to get rid of the pickles and mustard?? Used in moderation those are fantastic condiments. They virtually have 0 calories! I say a little high in sugar But as long as you work out your fine! good job

you definately need more protien, try nuts and such of youare vegetarian. other than that- watermelon has a surprising amount of calories in it, although it is still great for you. i think other thn the oritien you did well...

hi i think what your eating is healthy and i am unsure of how many calories you are eating but you need 2 try and eat less of the pickles and mustards and although watermeon is good 4 u 2 much will make u feel bloated and make u feel as if u r bigger xx xx
