Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - excersize i did yesterday, eliptical for 75 minutes, biked for 45 minutes(13 miles) 60 minutes yoga and 35 minutes kickboxing then a cool down walk for about 3/4 mile, is that enough, it's what i usually do but i added the bike.... it took be about 4 hours to do everything

Try doing something that is a good exercise but something you can do everyday without a problem.
Reply from anne, Age 19 - 03/30/06 - IP#: 131.229.170.xxx that's seriously not god for you in the long run if you keep it up. have you been doing this long? have you ever heard of exersize-anarexia? i think it's where you're obsessive about ecersizing and you do it way too much- but it's your mentality. you shouold only be doing 1-2hrs a day- because your metabolism gets its highest peak from that and exersizing regularly sustains that peak in your metabolism. your metabolism only peaks so high, though- so the 4 hours of exersize all at once only raises it as much as 1hr of exersize. you burn more calories right then, but the metabolism is most important in that it makes you burn more calories throughout the entire day, even while sleeping...just some things to think about- also be careful with your hydration...for every hr of exerwsize drink and extra glass of water on top of your required 8.
