Ht. 6'0, Wt. 220 - ok second day on this new thing...
breakfast-a bowl of kellogs mini wheats,and coffee
lunch-nothing...Flavored water
snack-a mandarin orange
dinner-a chicken salad and flavored water
exercise-1 mile jog,jumped on the trampoline for a half hour and did 200 crunches.
i still need some tips please reply!
