Ht. 5'7, Wt. around155 - hi guys,
I am thinking of losing about 20 pounds I've started working out at a gym but i cant stop eating. it seems like now that i've started wworking out i wanna eat more and my cravings have gotten worse. I keep cheating my diet and i keep telling myself "'ll start back up again tomorrow" and gorge all nite.:( this has been going on all month and i've actually gained 10 pounds!) what should i do! help!

but changing your ways with food is good if you gorge you gorge yourself on it regularly

you don't needd to lose weight and you definately don't need to be on an overweight board. i would kill to be your height and weight

yeah I know I've been binging a lot lately....it just gets to you at one point in your diet but you have to jump right back on track and control your cravings! good luckkk:)
